Join Our Trust
Cambridge Primary Education Trust (CPET) is an outstanding partnership of like-minded schools.
By joining Cambridge Primary Education Trust, you will be joining a team whose key objectives are to make a tangible and positive difference to our children’s educational well-being. Our highly qualified and experienced Executive Team works with its Leaders, Teachers, Trustees and SABs [School Advisory Boards]to assess every aspect of need, allowing it to formulate a complete picture of how as a trust we can deliver the best education for all our children.
As a Multi-Academy Trust we are committed to offering an exceptional learning experience for all pupils and, in turn, preparing them for a successful future.
We understand that each of our schools is different, and that every school is at a different point in its journey to excellence. A key part of our Trust ethos is school to school support. As well as providing support in key areas from our Executive Team, we identify strengths across all our schools to support and deploy a pool of expertise via our Teaching School.
When choosing a Multi Academy Trust, you will want one with a proven track record in school improvement and one that is able to demonstrate a clear commitment to making a difference to children’s lives.
We believe that within our Trust we have the skill set and in-depth educational knowledge to work collaboratively with leaders at our schools to ensure the best possible educational offer is made to our children.
We have a proven record of:
-
accelerated academic school improvement
-
bespoke provision in response to the educational and social context of the setting
-
successful collaboration with other schools and agencies
-
well thought out training, career and promotion opportunities for our staff
-
experienced and successful school leadership
Today’s challenging educational language requires “passionate” commitment to children’s learning and welfare, within a culture of managed risk taking and a relentless determination to make a difference to young people, staff and our community.
Our current plans to grow the trust are focused on finding schools at a range of stages of their journey towards the judgement of ‘good’ and ‘outstanding’ who have similar values and principles to us. We believe that schools joining in this way would reap many benefits from the shared collaboration that is on offer and would also enhance the capacity of the Trust.
