Trumpington Park Primary School

Trumpington Park LogoTrumpington Park Primary School  is a new primary and early years school that will welcome its first set of pupils in September 2017.

The primary school will be a two form entry school providing nursery and primary school places growing to 630 pupils between the ages of 4 and 11 years-old. It will also provide early years education and free education funding entitlement for two to four-year-olds. Initially there will be 60 places available for children entering reception class.

The primary school will be run by the Cambridge Primary Education Trust (CPET) – a Trust which comprises an experienced group of local primary schools including Histon & Impington Infant School, Histon & Impington Junior School and Hatton Park Primary School. The school will also work in close partnership with Parkside Federation Academies, who run Trumpington Community College, and the local community.

The early years and childcare will be run will be run by the  Pre-school Learning Alliance. The Pre-school Learning Alliance is the largest early years and most representative membership organisation in England. It provides high quality affordable childcare and education to support children and families in areas of deprivation. An educational charity, the Alliance represents the interests of over 14,000 settings who deliver care and learning to over 800,000 families each year.
